Before starting Sync & Flow, I spent years leading storytelling and donor communication for nonprofits and small mission-driven brands. I saw teams pour heart into their work but struggle to translate that same energy into words that inspired giving. The stories were there, they just weren’t connecting.
Sync & Flow was born from that gap. I built it as a one-woman studio where story is not decoration. It is the strategy. I help organizations write like people again. Like they remember why they started. Like their mission has a pulse.
